Changing Service Features on CommsMobile 2.0 Plans

Overview
On CommsMobile 2.0 plans, the Features tab in the Comms Portal (Service > Features) is currently view-only. Feature changes such as voicemail, call forwarding, Message2Text, and call barring cannot be made through the portal on 2.0 plans at this time. To enable or disable a feature on a 2.0 service, contact us at helpdesk@commschannel.com.au (or call) with the service number and the change required, and we'll action it. 1.0 plans are unaffected; features remain editable in the Features tab. This restriction is temporary; partner access to Service > Features for 2.0 services is coming, and once live the process will be identical to 1.0.
