For maximum compatibility and best performance, audio files should be provided in the following format:
File format: WAV
Encoding: PCM (Signed Linear)
Bit depth: 16-bit
Sample rate: 8000 Hz
Channels: Mono
Converting Audio Files (Example)
If customers provide MP3 or other unsupported formats, they must be converted.
