⚠ This process is retired: CommsMobile 1.0 plan changes are no longer supported.
New CommsMobile services have not been provisioned on Version 1.0 since 1 June 2026. As a result, no new provisioning actions can be made against a 1.0 service, and this includes plan upgrades and downgrades. The steps this article previously described are no longer available in the Comms Portal.
What to Do Instead
If a customer on CommsMobile 1.0 needs a different plan, the service must be migrated to CommsMobile 2.0 first.
