Yeastar - IVR Configuration

Overview

An IVR automatically answers calls, plays a greeting, and routes callers based on keypad input.

Steps

  1. Log in to the Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX admin portal.

  2. Go to Call Features → IVR.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Fill in the following details:

    • Number: Assign a number (e.g., 6200–6299).

    • Name: Enter a name for the IVR.

    • Prompt: Select or upload a pre-recorded greeting file.

    • Timeout: Set how long the system waits for key input.

  5. Under Key Press Events, assign key options:

    • Press 1 → Sales Department (Ring Group or Queue)

    • Press 2 → Support Department

    • Press 0 → Operator

    • Invalid / Timeout → Route to Voicemail or Repeat Menu

  6. Click Save.
