Yeastar - IVR Configuration

Overview
An IVR automatically answers calls, plays a greeting, and routes callers based on keypad input.
Steps

Log in to the Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX admin portal.

Go to Call Features → IVR.

Click Add.

Fill in the following details:

Number: Assign a number (e.g., 6200–6299).

Name: Enter a name for the IVR.

Prompt: Select or upload a pre-recorded greeting file.

Timeout: Set how long the system waits for key input.

Under Key Press Events, assign key options:
-
Press 1 → Sales Department (Ring Group or Queue)

Press 2 → Support Department

Press 0 → Operator
-
Invalid / Timeout → Route to Voicemail or Repeat Menu

Click Save.
