Yeastar - Ring Group Setup

Overview
A Ring Group allows multiple extensions to ring simultaneously or sequentially when a call is received.
Steps

Log in to the Yeastar P-Series Cloud PBX admin portal.

Go to Call Features → Ring Group.

Click Add.

Fill in the following details:

Number: Assign a number (e.g., 6300–6399).

Name: Enter a friendly name for the ring group.

Strategy (Ring Policy):
-
Ring All Simultaneously
-
Ring Sequentially
-
Least Recent / Fewest Calls / Round Robin

-
Ring Time / Timeout: Set how long calls ring before failover.

Add Members (extensions or external numbers).
-
Set Failover Destination (e.g., Voicemail, Queue, IVR).

(Optional) Enable Group Voicemail if required.
-
Click Save.
