Yeastar Outlook Integration: Click-to-Call & Call Logging

Overview

The Outlook integration lets you click a phone number in Outlook to dial it through Linkus, and automatically logs call activity to the matching Outlook contact.

Requirements

• Outlook 2016 or later (Windows only)
• Windows 10 or 11
• Linkus Desktop installed and signed in
• Outlook integration enabled by your administrator

Steps to Use Click-to-Call

1. Open an Outlook contact or email that shows a phone number.
2. Right-click the phone number and select Call with Linkus Client.
3. Linkus dials the number through your business phone system.

Call Logging

When a call ends, Linkus saves a call note to the Outlook contact with the date, time, duration and direction of the call. If the caller is not in your contacts, Linkus can create a new Outlook contact.
