Making Calls from Microsoft Teams Using Yeastar Linkus

Overview

The Yeastar Linkus app integrates into Microsoft Teams so you can make and receive business calls through your Yeastar phone system without leaving Teams. No Microsoft Teams calling licence is required.

Steps to Install Linkus in Teams

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Click the three dots (...) in the left sidebar and select More apps.
3. Search for Yeastar Linkus.
4. Click Add. The app appears in your Teams sidebar.
5. Sign in to Linkus with your extension number and password.

Steps to Make a Call from Teams

1. Click the Linkus icon in your Teams sidebar.
2. Use the Dialpad to enter a number, or search for a contact.
3. Click the Call button. The call goes through your business phone system.
