Overview
With omnichannel messaging enabled, you can send and receive WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger and website live chat messages from your Linkus inbox, alongside your calls.
Steps to Open the Messaging Inbox
- Open Linkus and click Messages in the left navigation.
- The inbox shows incoming messages from all enabled channels.
- Click a conversation to open it.
Steps to Reply to a Message
- Open the conversation in Messages.
- Type your reply in the text box at the bottom.
- Press Enter or click Send. The reply goes out on the same channel the message came from.
