Overview
AI Call Transcription shows a live transcript during calls and generates an AI summary with key points and action items after each call ends.
During the Call
When call transcription is enabled, a live transcript panel appears in Linkus. Both sides of the conversation are transcribed in real time.
After the Call
Within a few minutes of the call ending, an AI summary is available in the call log. It includes:
- A brief description of what was discussed
- Key points from the conversation
- Action items identified from the call
Steps to View a Previous Transcription
- Open your Call Log in Linkus.
- Find the call you want to review.
- Click the Transcript icon to view the full transcription and summary.
