Yeastar Linkus Team Chat: Messaging Colleagues

Overview

Linkus includes built-in team chat so you can message colleagues without leaving your phone system. Conversations sync across all your Linkus devices.

Steps to Start a Chat

1. Open Linkus and click Chat in the left menu.
2. Click the New Chat icon and search for a colleague by name or extension.
3. Type your message and press Enter to send.

Steps to Create a Group Chat

1. Click the New Chat icon and select New Group Chat.
2. Add participants from your contacts list.
3. Name the group and start messaging.

Sharing Files

Click the Attachment icon in any chat to share files, images and documents. Recipients can view or download them directly in Linkus.
