Yeastar Voicemail: Setting Up & Accessing Messages

Overview

Each extension has its own voicemail inbox. When a caller leaves a message, you receive an email with the recording attached and the message appears in the Voicemail tab in Linkus.

Steps to Access Voicemail in Linkus

1. Open Linkus and click Voicemail in the left menu.
2. New messages are listed with caller ID and timestamp.
3. Click a message to play it, or click Download to save the audio file.
4. Messages are marked as read once played.

Steps to Access Voicemail by Phone

1. From your own extension, dial *2.
2. Enter your voicemail PIN followed by #.
3. Follow the voice menu to listen to, delete or manage messages.

Steps to Record Your Voicemail Greeting

1. In Linkus, go to Settings > Voicemail.
2. Click Record Greeting or Upload Greeting.
3. Record or upload your greeting and click Save.
