Installing Yeastar Linkus on Mobile (iOS & Android)

Overview
The Linkus mobile app lets you make and receive business calls, check voicemail and chat with your team from your phone. Your business caller ID, your main business number or your direct number (DID), is shown, not your personal mobile number.
Steps to Install Linkus on iPhone (iOS)
- Open the App Store and search for Linkus.
- Download the Yeastar Linkus UC app.
- Open Linkus and tap QR Code Login if you have a setup QR code, or tap Manual Setup.
- Enter your PBX server address, extension number and password.
- Tap Sign In and allow microphone and notification permissions when prompted.
Steps to Install Linkus on Android
- Open the Google Play Store and search for Linkus.
- Install the Yeastar Linkus app.
- Sign in using QR Code Login or Manual Setup, as described for iPhone above.
Troubleshooting

| App not ringing for incoming calls | Confirm notifications are enabled for Linkus in your phone settings, and that Linkus is not in battery optimisation mode. |
