Installing Yeastar Linkus on Desktop (Windows & Mac)

Overview
Linkus Desktop turns your Windows or Mac computer into a full business phone for calls, team chat and voicemail.
Steps to Install Linkus Desktop
- Go to yeastar.com/linkus, or use the download link from your administrator.
- Select the version for your computer: Windows, macOS (Intel Macs) or macOS Arm64 (Apple Silicon Macs, M1 or later).
- Download and run the installer, then follow the prompts to complete installation.
- Open Linkus and enter your PBX server address (provided by your administrator).
- Enter your extension number and password.
- Click Sign In. Your extension registers and Linkus is ready to use.
Which Mac Version Do I Need?
Click the Apple menu > About This Mac. If it shows Chip: Apple M1 (or M2, M3, M4), download macOS Arm64. If it shows Processor: Intel, download macOS.
Sign In with a QR Code
If your administrator sent you a QR code or setup link, open Linkus, click QR Code Login and scan the code instead of entering the server address manually.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |

| Cannot connect to server | Check your internet connection and confirm the server address with your administrator. |
| Invalid credentials | Confirm your extension number and password. Passwords are case-sensitive. |
| Linkus shows No Service | Your extension may not be registered. Sign out and sign back in. |
