Step 6 - Converting to an Order - Migration Guide

Overview
Once a migration quote is approved, it moves to the Approved section of the Quotes Pipeline, where it can be converted to an order and ported.
Steps to Convert a Quote to an Order
- Open the Quotes Pipeline page — approved migration quotes appear under the Approved section.
- Click Convert from the pipeline, or open the quote and click Convert to Order.
- Note that converting creates the order in the portal but does not start the porting process automatically.
- Open the resulting order to begin porting.
- Port services individually by clicking the port button on each line, or use Port All to place every order at once.
- Note that Port All only appears once required details, such as SIM numbers, are filled in for every line. If a service is switched to eSIM and the SIM number auto-populates, Port All becomes available next to Save for Later.
- Click Save to Draft or Publish to Production.
