Step 5 - What the Customer Sees - Migration Guide

Overview

The Copy Approval Link button lets you preview or manually share the customer-facing migration quote — a branded page where the customer reviews, configures, and approves their own migration.

Steps to Preview What the Customer Sees

1. On the quote, click Copy Approval Link to copy the customer-facing review link.
2. Open the link in an incognito browser window to preview it as the customer would see it — branded with the partner's own logo and colours.
3. Note that the customer can toggle between Standalone and Pooling configurations themselves and compare pricing before deciding.
4. The customer has the same controls available to the agent: SIM type, the eSIM Check tool, and setting the notification email per service.
5. Before approving, the customer must select a preferred cut-over date — this field is required.
6. The customer clicks Approve Migration to confirm, or can decline with a reason, which is visible on the agent's end.
7. Either action generates a clear confirmation for the customer and an immediate notification for the agent.
8. Click Save to Draft or Publish to Production.
