Step 3 - Reviewing the Plan Mapping - Migration Guide
Published:
Overview
Plan Association shows the customer's services already mapped to suggested 2.0 plans, with SIM type and notification settings to confirm before continuing.
Steps to Review the Plan Mapping
- Open Plan Association — the customer's services are already loaded against a suggested 2.0 plan for both Standalone and Pooling.
- Toggle between Standalone and Pooling to compare pricing for each option.
- Review the suggested plan on each row. If a change is needed, click New Plan to search for and select a different plan.
- Check the SIM type column — eSIM or Physical carries over from the customer's current service.
- For physical SIM lines, confirm a valid SIM number is entered.
- Use the eSIM Notifications column and the eSIM Check tool to confirm whether a customer's device supports eSIM, or send the check link directly to the customer.
- Set the notification email on every row. This determines who is notified once the service ports over, and for eSIM lines, who receives the activation QR code.
- If a row is changed by mistake, click Reset to Default to restore the original mapping.
- Once SIM types are checked and every notification email is set, click Next: Review and Price.
- Click Save to Draft or Publish to Production.
