Step 1 - Finding and Continuing a Migration - Migration Guide

Overview

The 2.0 Migration Overview page is your home base for moving customers off legacy 1.0 services onto 2.0 plans.

Steps to Find and Continue a Migration

1. Open the 2.0 Migration button at the top of the portal to reach the Migration Overview page.
2. Review each row — it shows a customer's current count of 1.0 and 2.0 services alongside their status: Eligible (1.0 services ready to move), Partially Migrated (some services already on 2.0), or Migrated (all services moved).
3. Use the search field to find a customer by name.
4. Click Continue to re-enter a customer's quote exactly where the loaded data left off. Since a migration quote is pre-loaded for every eligible customer, Continue is the button you'll see almost every time.
5. Only rare, not-yet-loaded customers will show Start Migration instead.
6. From inside the quote, use the four steps at the top — Quote Info, Plan Association, Build, Review — to jump to any stage.
7. Click Save to Draft or Publish to Production.
