Call Forwarding Setup in Linkus (Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition)

This article provides step-by-step instructions for enabling call forwarding from your Linkus Desktop and Linkus Mobile applications on the Yeastar P-Series Cloud Edition PBX.

Enable Call Forwarding on Linkus Desktop
To enable call forwarding from your Linkus Desktop app:
1. Open the **Linkus Desktop Client** and sign in with your credentials.
2. Click your **profile picture or initials** in the top-right corner of the window.
3. Select **Settings** from the drop-down menu.
4. Navigate to **Call Forwarding** under the Call Settings section.
5. Choose the forwarding condition:
• **Always Forward** – All calls are forwarded immediately.
• **When Busy** – Calls are forwarded only when your line is busy.
• **No Answer** – Calls are forwarded if not answered within a set time.
6. Enter the **destination number** or **extension** you want calls to be forwarded to.
7. Click **Save** or **Apply** to activate call forwarding.
Enable Call Forwarding on Linkus Mobile
To enable call forwarding from your Linkus Mobile app:
1. Open the **Linkus Mobile App** on your smartphone and log in.
2. Tap the **More** (three dots or menu icon) at the bottom-right corner.
3. Go to **Settings** → **Call Forwarding**.
4. Choose your preferred forwarding option:
• **Always Forward**
• **When Busy**
• **No Answer**
5. Enter the number or extension to forward calls to.
6. Tap **Save** or **Confirm** to enable call forwarding.
Verify Call Forwarding
To confirm call forwarding is active:
• Return to the Call Forwarding settings page and ensure the toggle is ON.
• You can also test by calling your extension from another number.
• If the call forwards to the configured number, your setup is complete.
Important Notes
• You can configure different call forwarding rules for Desktop and Mobile independently.
• Ensure that your forwarding number is reachable and correctly formatted.
