Travel Packs for 1.0 Services Are No Longer Available

⚠ Travel Packs are no longer available for CommsMobile 1.0 services.
New CommsMobile services have not been provisioned on Version 1.0 since 1 June 2026. Travel Packs remained available for existing 1.0 services for a period after that, but this ended on 1 August 2026. Since that date, no new provisioning actions, including Travel Pack activation, can be made against a 1.0 service. The steps this article previously described are no longer available in the Comms Portal.
What to Do Instead
If a customer on CommsMobile 1.0 needs to travel overseas, the service must be migrated to CommsMobile 2.0 first, where Travel Packs are activated by replying to a welcome SMS on arrival rather than through the Comms Portal.
