1300 Comms Portal — Buying 1300 & 1800 Numbers

This guide explains how to search for and purchase 1300 or 1800 numbers through the Fone Dynamics Portal using the Static Numbers section.
Steps to Buy a 1300 or 1800 Number
- Log in to the 1300 Comms Portal.
- Navigate to Static Numbers in the sidebar.
- In the search field, enter a search prefix to find available numbers:
- For 1300 numbers — search using 6113 followed by your preferred digits (e.g. 611300)
- For 1800 numbers — search using 611800
- Review the search results to see if any matching numbers are already in place.
- If no numbers are available or you need to purchase new ones, click Buy Numbers.
- Search for your desired number prefix in the Buy Numbers screen.
- Review the list of available numbers returned.
- Select the number you wish to purchase and complete the purchase.
