Overview
This guide explains how the Fone Dynamics Portal is structured using Projects, and how reseller and customer accounts are organised, accessed, and permission-controlled within those projects.
Steps to Navigate the 1300 Comms Portal
- Log in to the 1300 Comms Portal.
- Navigate to Projects in the sidebar.
- Locate the relevant customer or reseller account — all accounts are created and housed within Projects.
- Click into a Project to view the customers and users assigned to it.
- To add a new user, navigate to the Users section and select Add User.
- Assign the new user to the appropriate Project.
- Users assigned to a project will only have visibility and access to that specific project.
- Each user can be configured with their own permissions within the project.
- Review and configure the user’s permissions — including the ability to purchase or create numbers.
