Overview

This guide explains how the Fone Dynamics Portal is structured using Projects, and how reseller and customer accounts are organised, accessed, and permission-controlled within those projects.


Steps to Navigate the 1300 Comms Portal

  1. Log in to the 1300 Comms Portal.
  2. Navigate to Projects in the sidebar.
  3. Locate the relevant customer or reseller account — all accounts are created and housed within Projects.
  4. Click into a Project to view the customers and users assigned to it.
  5. To add a new user, navigate to the Users section and select Add User.
  6. Assign the new user to the appropriate Project.
    • Users assigned to a project will only have visibility and access to that specific project.
    • Each user can be configured with their own permissions within the project.
  7. Review and configure the user’s permissions — including the ability to purchase or create numbers.

Item Details
Projects All reseller and customer accounts are created and managed within Projects
User Access A user assigned to a Project can only view and interact with that specific Project
Permissions Each user has individual permissions within their Project, including the ability to buy or create numbers
Multi-Project Users are not automatically granted access to other Projects — access is Project-scoped by design
Use Case Projects are the primary way to isolate and manage separate reseller or customer environments
