Our customers can activate, deactivate, and check call forwarding or call features directly from their mobile handsets by dialing specific USSD codes. Below is a full list of available options.


📞 Call Forwarding

  • All Calls

    • Turn On: *002*<number>#

    • Turn Off: #002#

  • Unconditional (Always Forward)

    • Turn On: *21*<number>#

    • Turn Off: #21#

    • Check Status: *#21#

  • No Reply (Forward when unanswered)

    • Turn On: *61*<number>#

    • Turn Off: #61#

    • Check Status: *#61#

  • Not Reachable (Forward when phone is off or out of coverage)

    • Turn On: *62*<number>#

    • Turn Off: #62#

    • Check Status: *#62#

  • Busy (Forward when line is engaged)

  • All Calls to Voicemail

  • No Answer to Voicemail

  • Unreachable to Voicemail

  • Extend Ring Timer (before divert to voicemail)

    • Options: 15, 20, 25, or 30 seconds
