How to Manage Call Forwarding & Call Features Using USSD Codes

This article lists the USSD (star/hash) codes customers can dial directly from their mobile handset to activate, deactivate, and check call forwarding, voicemail diversion, call waiting, and caller ID restriction. These codes are a direct exchange between the handset and the network — they bypass Comms Channel's systems entirely, so we have no visibility or log of when a customer uses one. Below is the full list of available codes.
