#### Overview
This guide explains how to configure an AI Voice Agent to send a booking link via SMS during or after a call. The booking link is typically sourced from a third-party scheduling tool and can be triggered by the agent when relevant during a conversation.

#### Steps to Configure a Booking Link

1. Navigate to **Call Flows** and locate the agent you want to edit.
2. Ensure you are in the **Advanced View**.
3. Go to **Data** and click **SMS Actions**.
4. Hover over the **information icon (?)** for additional detail on how this feature works.
5. Toggle the booking link option **on**.
6. Paste the booking link URL into the provided field (e.g., a Calendly link or similar scheduling tool).
7. Click **Save**.
8. Once all changes are made, click **Save to Draft** or **Publish to Production**.
