Overview

CommsMobile provides a built-in personal voicemail (answering service) that allows users to receive messages when they are unable to answer calls.

Users can:

  • Set a custom greeting
  • Receive and manage voicemail messages
  • Access voicemail from their device or remotely
  • [for 2.0 Plans only] Receive limited voicemail-to-text (up to ~10 seconds)

📲 Accessing Voicemail

To access your voicemail:

  1. Dial 101 from your mobile
  2. Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted

Default PIN: 366141


🔐 PIN Setup & Reset

  • The default voicemail PIN is 366141
  • If prompted, users should try the default PIN first

To change your PIN:

  1. Dial 101
  2. Press 3 → Mailbox Setup
  3. Select Change PIN
  4. Enter a new 6-digit PIN
  5. Re-enter the PIN to confirm
  6. A confirmation prompt will verify the update

Once logged in:

  • Press ** → Return to Main Menu anytime

🎙️ Change Voicemail Greeting

  1. Dial 101
  2. Press 3 → Mailbox Setup
  3. Press 1 → Greetings
  4. Press 1 → Record new greeting
  5. Follow prompts to save

⚙️ Mailbox Settings

To access mailbox settings:

  1. Dial 101
  2. Press 3 → Mailbox Setup

Available options include:

Login Options

  • Press 1 → Change PIN
  • Press 2 → Enable or disable PIN skip

Notification Settings

  • Press 3 → Manage voicemail notifications

  • Press 4 → Assistance on using voicemail features
