Overview
CommsMobile provides a built-in personal voicemail (answering service) that allows users to receive messages when they are unable to answer calls.
Users can:
- Set a custom greeting
- Receive and manage voicemail messages
- Access voicemail from their device or remotely
- [for 2.0 Plans only] Receive limited voicemail-to-text (up to ~10 seconds)
📲 Accessing Voicemail
To access your voicemail:
- Dial 101 from your mobile
- Enter your voicemail PIN when prompted
Default PIN: 366141
🔐 PIN Setup & Reset
- The default voicemail PIN is 366141
- If prompted, users should try the default PIN first
To change your PIN:
- Dial 101
- Press
3→ Mailbox Setup - Select Change PIN
- Enter a new 6-digit PIN
- Re-enter the PIN to confirm
- A confirmation prompt will verify the update
